I enjoy swimming, in March 2012 I swam 253,000 yards ( 143.75 miles) at the YMCA Spring Break Challenge, I swam from Alcatraz to San Francisco and from Bayfield to Madeline Island ( 2.1 miles in Lake Superior ).

I dive mostly in Minnesota, from zero visibility in Theodore Wirth Lake to the clarity of the Alexandria Lakes area, the Crosby Mines and I especially enjoy the challenge of Lake Superior.
